Established in 2008 and wholly owned by Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB), EduCity brings together esteemed local and international higher education institutions under one integrated ecosystem — offering equal access to world-class shared services, from student accommodation to sports and recreational facilities.
Recognised as an EntryPoint Project (EPP) under Malaysia’s National Key Economic Area (NKEA) initiative, EduCity plays an integral role in the nation’s Economic Transformation Programme — just 25km from Singapore and 20 minutes from the Tuas Second Link.
